Snack (before breakfast) – 1 cup fruit (blueberries and pineapple)
Breakfast – Smoothie with 1 1/2 c fruit, 1 1/2 c veggies
Lunch – 1/2 cup bone broth, salad with 3 cups of veggies and tahini-lemon dressing.
Snack – Pickled herring, 1/2 coconut yogurt
Dinner – Zoodle (zucchini noodles) with onions, cauliflower, pine nuts, garlic, tomatoes, 6 oz fish (3 cups veggies)

YAYYYYY!!! My stomach is finally getting accustomed to all those fruits and veggies. I wasn’t feeling as full today and had no trouble eating food other than the fruits and veggies. AND…
I finally fit in all of the things that I am supposed to eat in a day. Including seaweed flakes, pickled food and organ meat – (marrow in the bone broth). I am really liking this diet. The food is delicious – even the bone broth was amazing. The coconut yogurt was a bit thick for my taste, but the kids devoured it! I have put the rest of them in the freezer, I think they will make an excellent dessert.
All in all I am feeling really good! 98% of my sensations have returned to normal. I’ve been getting headaches and some fatigue at night but Dr. Wahl’s mentions that sometimes happens when you detox. Hopefully that is all it is.
Unlike the other lowfat diet, I am actually excited about this one. I look forward to the different foods I get to try now. I am even kind of excited to try out other organ meats. I know, gross right? Hey, what can I say. This is life as I know it now. I say bring it on.
